The deviation of the slitting machine refers to the phenomenon that part of the film on the end surface of the film roll is wrong, which is caused by the sliding and staggering of the film during the winding process.

Causes and countermeasures of slitting machine deviation:

1. Slitting machine deviation and end face unevenness belong to the same category of slitting quality problems, to the extent of speaking, deviation is more serious than the dislocation of the end face uneven; in nature, the general end face is a continuous problem, and the deviation is mostly an occasional problem; from the cause analysis, the cause of the end face is uneven causes may cause the occurrence of deviation problems.

2. Because the deviation is more prominent than the dislocation degree of the uneven end face, the focus should be placed on the subtlety when analyzing the uneven end face, and the focus should be a little broader when analyzing the deviation problem, especially pay attention to the influence of the slitting speed, the acceleration and deceleration are too rapid, and the film with good smoothness is easy to slip and cause staggering, so it is advisable to slow down the slitting speed.

3. If the film roll is too tight, the film will also slip laterally, and the film roll will be too loose and the air will be involved, which will cause the end face of the film roll to be stratified, and the winding tension should be adjusted.
